Refund and Return Policy

At Buddies Shop, we value your trust and strive to provide the best in custom printing and gifting solutions. Every product we ship is carefully crafted, packed, and quality-checked. However, we understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all included tags/manuals (if any).
📸 To process a return, share an unboxing video or clear photos of the product condition on delivery.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment or UPI/bank transfer.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- You received a defective or damaged item.
- The order was cancelled before production began.
Custom printed items are non-refundable unless faulty as they are made to order and personalized.
❌ No Return / Refund
- On Incorrect size selection (for custom t-shirts).
- Change of mind after order confirmations
- Delayed courier where tracking shows in-transit or delivery attempted.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. In case of size or design changes, a new order needs to be placed.
